What this site is

An information and referral site for roofing in Lubbock and the surrounding South Plains towns. Marketing Doctor LLC is not a roofing contractor. It does not perform roofing work, does not employ roofing crews, does not inspect roofs and does not bid jobs.

When you call or send the form, your request is passed to an independent roofing company. That company is a separate business. Any contract for work is between you and them, not between you and us.

What we are not responsible for

We do not supervise, direct or control the work of the companies we refer requests to, and we do not guarantee their work, their pricing, their timekeeping or their conduct. We choose who receives our referrals with care and we stop referring to companies that do poor work, but a referral is not a warranty.

Anything on this site about costs, materials, building rules, insurance or the law is general information. It is not engineering advice, legal advice or insurance advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional looking at your specific roof, your specific policy or your specific contract. Figures are ranges, not quotes.

Rules change. Where a page cites a city requirement or a state law it says when it was checked. Check it yourself before relying on it.

Your use of the site

Do not use this site to submit false requests, to submit somebody else’s details without their permission, to scrape or copy the content in bulk, or to interfere with how the site runs.

Only submit the contact form about a roof you own or are responsible for, or with the permission of the person who is.

The text on this site belongs to Marketing Doctor LLC. You are welcome to quote a passage with a link. You are not welcome to republish pages.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, Marketing Doctor LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from work carried out by a company you were referred to.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
